Donald Trump and his pageant pet negotiated with Playboy but ultimately turned down the magazine’s offer for Conner to pose nude, Trump’s office confirmed yesterday.

The controversial Miss USA made headlines in December when pageant boss Trump almost made her turn in her tiara over her hard-partying ways, then relented on the condition that she seek treatment. Conner, 21, recently completed a stint in a Pennsylvania rehabilitation facility.

Earlier this month, Trump announced that Playboy was considering Conner for its cover and that he was still considering it. Trump also said that if the Kentucky native did pose it would be “Playboy-lite” - or not entirely nude.

Now negotiations have shut down.

“She just didn’t feel it was appropriate. She will not be doing Playboy,” said Trump spokeswoman Rhona Graff.

Conner is expected to discuss the Playboy offer during a live interview tomorrow with Matt Lauer on NBC’s “Today” show.

There was no immediate comment from Playboy, but a magazine source said it doesn’t make offers that big.

Maybe the mag should call dethroned Miss Nevada Katie Rees, who lost her crown over raunchy photos showing her semi-nude and kissing other women. The 22-year-old said she is looking to cash in on the scandal.

“I’m cashing in on my experience, trying to make the most of it,” Rees, told the TV show “Extra.”

The site includes topless pictures of 25-year-old Hilton on holiday and also shows her frolicking in a bath-tub.

In a declaration to the court, the Simple Life reality television star says the items were put into storage two years ago after she and her sister Nicky moved out of a house after it was burgled.

Hilton claimed the removal company was supposed to pay the storage fees and that she was “shocked and surprised” to learn that the amount had not been paid and that her belongings had been sold at a public auction.

“I was appalled to learn that people are exploiting my and my sisters’ private personal belongings for commercial gain,” she said in her court statement.

Hilton is seeking closure of the site on the grounds that the information shown could be used by people “to steal my identity, or even worse, to harass or stalk me”.

The lawsuit claims the possessions were bought by defendants Nabil and Nabila Haniss for 2,775 dollars and sold to a third person Bardia Persa, for 10 million. Visitors to the site pay around 40 dollars to view the items.

In addition to claiming invasion of privacy, Hilton says she filed copyright registrations last week for three pieces of writing that are contained in the belongings. She claims the site is engaging in copyright infringement.

The publicity hungry Hilton has struggled to keep her personal life private in the past.
