Richards also told RadarOnline.com, “You can’t hit your spouse even if they are under the influence of anything.”

Tito had claimed during an impromptu press conference held outside an Italian restaurant in North Hollywood Monday night, that he never laid a hand on Jameson – insisting instead that she hurt herself when she fell.

Jameson took to her Twitter account early Tuesday morning to voice her dismay at Tito’s allegations. “I am officially crushed…. I have so much I could say, but I refuse to ruin tito……I will never be the same, I lost the love of my life,” she Tweeted.

“Surprised so many of you believe titos allegations….[im going to focus on happiness]. Goodbye xxxxxx.”

The couple has twin sons, Jesse and Journey, who were born in March 2009.

Kristin Ortiz — who was married to Tito for nearly 10 years — tells TMZ Tito was an “amazing person, amazing father and an amazing human being.”

Kristin also says there was never any violence during her marriage, which ended in 2005.

“I’m telling you, she is the biggest liar I have ever met,” Sandra Brinling said yesterday, moments before a court hearing in Manatee County over the unpaid child support.

Brinling-Caso, who has a rap sheet that includes drug and prostitution arrests across the Tampa Bay area, was granted an extension to explain why she hasn’t paid up.

She has three children — ages 9, 8 and 5 — who now live with her mother and her ex-husband in Bradenton but lives with her husband in Sarasota, court records show.

Together, they produce adult Web sites and movies.

Brinling-Caso would not comment Monday. Her husband, Nick Jannette [pictured with her], said “she doesn’t do interviews unless it’s for money.”

The TV program Extra reportedly paid $150,000 for an exclusive with Brinling-Caso, who said she had sex with Tiger Woods in her Tampa condominium.

Yet there are no records of her ever owning a condo in Tampa. Arrest reports show she’s held addresses in Sarasota and Bradenton, and an apartment in unincorporated Hillsborough County.

Meanwhile, her ex-husband, Angelo Caso Jr., says he has phone records that do not show any text messages from Tiger Woods and the majority of calls are from local telephone numbers.

“She’s lying about the Tiger Woods’ thing,” Caso said. “Where would she have met him? And why would he sleep with her?

But a few hours later — around 10 PM — the story had changed … and Jenna repeatedly referred to Tito as a “wife beater.”

So what happened in the time span between her stories? Well, one minor thing — around 9:30 PM — Tito held a press conference in which the fighter claims he never touched her … and insinuated that Jenna’s injuries were the result of her alleged addiction to OxyContin.

So now the question is …

An earlier posting: Jenna Jameson claims Tito Ortiz got very violent — throwing and injuring her — and that he’s falsely accusing her of Oxycontin addiction because he’s “very, very desperate.”

TMZ just spoke with Jenna — while she was driving to Las Vegas — and her version of what led to Tito’s domestic violence arrest is brutal.

Jenna claims that during an argument Monday morning she, “said something very hurtful to his ego.” She alleges that Tito then grabbed her and, “threw me into the bathtub and tore two ligaments in my shoulder.”

Tito’s attorney Chip Matthews strongly denies that, saying … “He did not put his hands on her, he did not hit her, he did not do anything to her.”

Matthews claims Tito found pills in Jenna’s pants pocket — and that when Tito confronted her she had an “emotional meltdown.”

Jenna says Tito’s addiction allegation is, “completely false” and “the last nail in the coffin” for their relationship.

If Jenna Jameson were a victim of domestic violence wouldn’t she been hanging around to answer police questions instead of taking off to Vegas with a couple of friends? Just wondering.

Ortiz dropped that bombshell during a news conference [Monday night] at a restaurant in North Hollywood.

Tito’s attorney Chip Matthews said that Jenna’s been battling addiction to the painkiller for more than a year now, and that Tito and family members have been protecting her.

As for what happened in Tito and Jenna’s home Monday morning — Matthews repeatedly said, “Tito never touched Jenna.” He claims that Jenna had a relapse and that Tito confronted her about the drugs he claims to have found. Matthews suggested Jenna was high and just lost her balance.

Tito was very choked up when he said he hopes “Jenna will be okay.” Tito also said, “my parents have gone through addiction and I’m not going to let my family go through that.”

Matthews claimed Jenna has been to rehab, and that her addiction has led to multiple suicide calls to 911.

So what’s Jenna’s side of this? During the news conference the former porn star was packing up to leave for Las Vegas. When told about Tito’s allegations, she said “he’s trying to save his career” — and then hit the road for Vegas with two friends.

We’re told Jenna’s dad is taking care of Tito and Jenna’s twin sons.

After being arrested following an alleged domestic dispute against girlfriend Jenna Jameson on Monday morning, a teary-eyed Tito Ortiz held a press conference with his attorney in Los Angeles late Monday evening to speak for the first time with regards to the incident in which he alleged Jameson is suffering an addiction to the narcotic pain reliever, OxyContin.

“Jenna has been fighting a battle with OxyContin addiction for the past year. For Tito and her family this has been an uphill battle. Unfortunately this morning she had a relapse,” attorney Chip Matthews [pictured with Ortiz] said.

“Tito was trying to help her, she has threatened suicide before. Tito has done everything in his power to protect her privacy and the privacy of their children.”

According to Matthews, on Monday morning the UFC champ confronted his girlfriend (and mother of their twin boys) about the drugs he had found and she denied it. Jameson was allegedly suffering an “emotional breakdown”, prompting a 911 call from Jameson’s father Larry who was reportedly not in the room at the time of the confrontation.

Matthews also reinforced numerous times that Ortiz never ever laid a hand on Jameson.

“It means the world to me, my friends and family for their support. My parents have been through an addiction and I see it in the mirror again. I am not going to let my family go through that,” a sobbing Ortiz told us.

“I speak from my heart, I hold everything dear to my heart that Jenna will be okay.”

Matthews also claimed that Jameson’s family have now sided with Tito since learning his side of the story, and are well aware of her alleged drug problems that they tried for so long to keep this out of the public eye.

He also insisted that the police do not have to have visible signs of injury to make an arrest in domestic disputes, and that the police report indicated that Jameson had “a scratch on her elbow” which may explain why she was photographed leaving a CVS pharmacy wearing a medical brace on her right arm just hours after the arrest.

“When you’re dealing with people on OxyContin they don’t always have the best sense of balance,” Matthews added. “Jenna and Tito have two children together, they planned on spending the rest of their lives together. They want nothing more than to work together on this.” HM1

It is unclear if Ortiz and Jameson’s children are with their mother, however Matthews assured us that they are “well taken care of”.

Ortiz remained quiet for most of the conference and was unable to directly answer questions due to the ongoing criminal investigation surrounding the incident. But after just a few minutes the UFC fighter broke down and bolted from the room, in which Pop Tarts heard him hysterically crying.

A rep for Jameson was not immediately available for comment.
